**Website Update**

Those of you who have been to my website before will notice that it has had a full makeover!

Thank you to my son, Lewis, who has helped his computer novice mum, by fully updating and modernising the website. Thanks also go to my whole family for getting involved in the clinic renovation which is also well underway!

*Changes to pricing*

Effective from 1st August 2022 the cost of Osteopathic treatment will be £39 per session.

I always try to keep my price as competitive as possible, but a small rise has become necessary. However, hopefully you'll agree, it's still offering a fantastic service and great value for money!

Effective from 1st May 2021 the cost of Osteopathic treatment will be £37 per session. 

Sessions are approximately 30 minutes long and include discussing your reason for visiting, completing an assessment, carrying out treatment (where appropriate), and completing essential medical records. 

There will no longer be a reduced fee for patients aged under 18 years of age.

EXCITING NEWS!!!!!!! A NEW VENUE!!!!!!

Unfortunately, due to ongoing building works at Millwood Surgery, I have to leave my current practice on Friday 19th February 2021.

However, the good news is that I am pleased to announce that i will instead be working at Move PT Studio from 1st March 2021!!

Move PT studio is NOT a gym. It is a personal training studio which only provides trainer led programmes. This means having only small numbers of people using the studio at one time; a much more personalised service.

I have worked alongside some of the trainers at Move PT previously, and I am excited to be working more closely with them to offer both their clients and my patients a comprhensive program of recovery and rehabilitation.

My booking system has been updated and is now offering appointments at my new clinic from Monday 1st March 2021.

UPDATE!!! FRIDAY 1ST JANUARY 2021!!

Firstly, HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all! I hope that 2021 will bring yourselves and your family great health and happiness.

Sadly, the next part of my update is the post I've not wanted to have to write. 

Due to the government placing the area under Tier 4 restrictions, my clinic at Nirvana fitness has been closed.

I will be continuing to work from my clinic at Millwood Surgery in Bradwell as I have during the previous lockdown, but obviously with the extra demand, appointments will be of limited availabiltiy.

Since there is currently no end date to the restrictions, I will continue to review the situation on a regular basis as further announcements are made.

My deepest apologies for the disruption caused, but I will continue to work my hardest to continue to offer the best service I can. 

Thank you for your understanding at these tricky times.

UPDATE!!!!! MONDAY 2nd NOVEMBER 2020

I'm very sorry to report that following the announcement of another national lockdown beginning on Thursday 5th November, my clinic at Nirvana Fitness will have to close.

I will be continuing to work at my clinic at Millwood Surgery in Bradwell, and have managed to open some extra appointments at Millwood on a Thursday to try to meet demand.

All patients whose appointment is affected should have recieved a text confirming the cancellation, and detailing my new clinic hours and how to re-book.

Thank you for your patience and understanding at this difficult time.

UPDATE!!! 22ND JULY 2020

Im so sorry but my clinic within Nirvana gym remains closed due to Coronavirus.

At this time I have taken the difficult decision to keep my clinic at Nirvana closed for safety reasons; due to the lack of ventilation. I have instead put on some extra clinics within Millwood surgery in Bradwell. 

All patients whose appointment has been cancelled at Nirvana will have priority until Friday 24th July.

Please keep an eye on my website and my facebook page for further updates.

COVID-19 update!!

Finally, after several weeks of waiting - I have re-opened my clinic at millwood surgery!!

PLEASE NOTE; there are some new restriction for attending my clinics, so please be sure to read the information on the booking confirmation email.  

I'm afraid that due to governmental restrictions I am still unable to re-open my clinic at Nirvana, but I hope that changes soon!

NEW THERAPIST!!!!!

I am very pleased to announce that I have a new therapist coming to join me so that we can, between us, offer more availability for you to get treatment sooner!

As of Wednesday 11th September Louise Cartwright will be joining me to provide Osteopathy treatments. 

She will be offering appointments every Wednesday from 9am until 4pm through the online system.

EXCITING NEWS!!!!!!!!

I am excited to announce that I now have an online diary system!! To book an appointment, all you need to do is click the ‘book an appointment’ button, and you’ll be re-directed to my diary.

Hopefully this will make things easier for everyone!!

Update!!

I am pleased to announce that the lovely Carrie from illabella is displaying some of her beautiful collection in my nirvana clinic. It is all available for sale, and will be regularly changing, so keep an eye out!! Dare i say, some christmas inspiration will be coming shortly!!

Clinic update

I am continuing to adjust my clinic hours to enable me to offer treatments throughout as much of the week as possible. For this reason, occasionally the clinic times will vary from those stated on this site. However, I will always attempt to offer treatments within 48 hours wherever possible. Many thanks!!

Clinic Update

Im sorry to report that due to other commitments i have had to stop my saturday clinic at Nirvana Fitness. However, the better news is that i have been able to continue with offering two seperate days at nirvana, by offering monday and thursday evening clinics! I hope i can offer more days soon!

Its been a busy few weeks trying to complete this website and getting settled in my newest clinic. Work is underway on our more permanent home within Nirvana fitness, alongside the lovely Amanda from Essential Bliss Beauty. Hope to have more updates soon!

The newest addition to my clinic's is about to open!

After much interest we can finally announce a venue offering evening and weekend appointments. Our newest venue within NIRVANA FITNESS in lowestoft begins tuesday clinic from 19th June 2012, and then extends to offer saturday clinics from 30th June 2012.
