About Us

Amy Holmes studied at the prestigious British College of Osteopathic Medicine graduating in 2004 with a first class honours degree, and also a diploma in Naturopathic Medicine. Since qualification she returned to the Beccles/Lowestoft  area where she started her own Osteopathic clinic. This expanded in 2005 to include the Osteopathic Clinic within Millwood Surgery. More recently, Amy has added a further clinic within Nirvana Fitness, Pakefield, offering mainly evening appointments.
Amy continues to expand her knowledge with courses and further education, constantly enhancing the service she can offer to her patients.
Aside being an Osteopath, Amy is also mother to two children. This has only served to increase her interest, sparked at university, in the pelvic balance and the effect of pregnancy and childbirth on pelvic and back health. Amy is also a keen sports person playing both hockey and golf, giving her enhanced interest in sports injuries and in obtaining optimal sporting performance.
